This document illustrates the M4 metro line project. Thanks to a multidisciplinary approach that takes into account various aspects of collective mobility, it has been possible to develop an innovative, safe, and inclusive infrastructure that builds on the legacy of designers Albini and Norda, who laid down the first guidelines for the Milan metro.
