The new office building serving the San Leonardo production site in Parma got the LEED Gold (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) certification.

Inaugurated last September, the ‘Pilotis’, that’s the name of the new building, is the result of an overall and integral design approach, which has seen Policreo take care of the entire conceptual and construction process, i.e. integrated design, procurement, construction management through to works management.
