In this Feasibility Study, the project considers the functional and settlement uniqueness of the area as a real opportunity to activate a process of regeneration of the entire city, with the main objectives of affirming and protecting identity and cultural values, promoting social integration and intergenerational relations. The main purpose is to create a place where individuals and the community, aware of the sacredness of the area, can symbolically embrace the entire social and physical landscape of the Gulf to experience a true alliance between reason and faith.
