The design for the new prefabricated school in the Tzamberlet region of the Municipality of Aosta outlines a cutting-edge architectural structure, conceived to address the challenges of contemporary education through a comprehensive approach that combines a focus on holistic sustainability, energy efficiency, and methodological rigor. The project stands out for its morphological optimization, designed in harmony with the Alpine environment, aimed at reducing the building’s volumetric impact and maximizing thermal performance through the use of ventilated facades and renewable energy sources. In addition to flexible learning spaces and CONI-certified sports facilities, the complex functions as a true “Civic Center,” opening up to the community with an auditorium, library, and equipped green spaces that promote social integration and sustainable mobility.
