The new Esselunga in Montecatini opened on 15 July, for which Policreo drew up the project for the related urbanisation works, complete with the Environmental Feasibility Study, including the environmental risk analysis, the Landscape Report, and the Acoustic Impact Assessment. This is an essential intervention for the Montecatini community, which will be able to benefit from the redevelopment of a vital city area, now equipped with new pavements, street furniture, lighting, and public green areas.
