Project Scopes:

Executive design, complete with all documentation related to the PFTE as required by Legislative Decree 36/2023, concerning the redevelopment of two important protected buildings: a Medici Villa, built in 1586, along with its surrounding grounds, and the former “Gen. Armando Diaz” Elementary School, built in the Art Nouveau style after 1920, with the aim of expanding the provision of services of public interest and promoting inclusivity, well-being, and the informed, multigenerational enjoyment of cultural, environmental, and landscape heritage.
