Yesterday, a fundamental moment was celebrated with the laying of the foundation stone of the Mosaico Abitativo Solidale (MAS) – Mix House with the Mayor of the City of Parma, the Councillor for Social Policies and the Councillor for Public Works. Our firm, Policreo, is proud to lead the Temporary Grouping of Designers (RTP), with the principals Costel Progettazioni and Macro Design Studio Srl, for this revolutionary project. The project, carried out by Parma Infrastrutture Spa, is part of the municipal programme “Abitare la rigenerazione. MAS – Mosaico Abitativo Solidale”, financed by the PINQuA “Programma Innovativo per la Qualità dell’Abitare” (Innovative Programme for the Quality of Living) included in Mission M5C2 Inv.2.3 of the PNRR. The project consists of an eco-sustainable building of about 1,300 m² containing 60 dwellings conceived by applying innovative social housing principles to implement good practices crucial for combating housing marginalisation and promoting space-sharing modalities for intergenerational social cohesion.
